Establish a permanent, invested endowment fund whose returns sustain annual grant-making beyond the life of any single donation.

Provide reliable, needs-based education support to bright but disadvantaged learners in the parish and wider community.
Fund medical assistance and income-generating initiatives that move households from vulnerability toward self-reliance.

Legal Structure
A robust legal framework ensuring accountability and sustainability.
The Foundation is registered in Kenya as a charitable trust or a company limited by guarantee, in line with Public Benefits Organisations (PBO) requirements. This structure separates the Foundation's assets and liabilities from the parish while preserving its Anglican identity and accountability to church leadership.
As the Foundation matures, a "Friends of ACK Good Samaritan Foundation" support entity may be explored in the United States to enable tax-deductible giving by the diaspora and international partners, structured as a 501(c)(3) friends-of organisation.
